Does Windows recognize them (make sure they're set to USB MTP connection)? Also make sure the devices are not disabled under Tools > Options > Portable Device Sync.

I have been syncing my Nokia Icon and Samsung Galaxy S7 to Media Monkey for close to three years each (longer even for the Nokia). Suddenly, Media Monkey no longer recognizes any device. I may have been a couple of Media Monkey update installs prior to my current 4.1.20.1864 Media Monkey version.

But how do I get back to sending new songs onto these devices from Media Monkey?
