How does sync fail? Did you setup what should be synced to each "device" that is now seen? Otherwise you may have nothing selected to be synced.

it is normal that each storage is seen as separate device. Just set it up (enable if needed) in portable devices and you will sync without problems.

I used MMW to sync my AGPTEK MP3 player and it worked fine. But I recently reformated the player and added an SD card, now it will not sync. MMW sees the device, although it sees the SD card and player as separate devices. I am using windows 7 on a PC and am syncing ITunes files. What can I do?
