I tried to sync today and it seemed to go further than before. I got a different pop up. It said 'there isn't enough space on the device to synchronise selected files. Would you like to clear enough space by deleting existing files?
Then it started to sync. I had a green bar at the bottom with the tracks being synced. However, it came to the end and it said there wasn't enough room on the SD card. Which I know is wrong as both MMA & MMW have exactly the same tracks on and the same amount of space 116.5 GB. When I look at the left hand corner it's added over 900 tracks and space.
But the biggest problem I have now is I checked the folders on my HD and the individual tracks are no longer in the folders they were originally. It seems the only ones there are the duplicates. What has happened to all my tracks? (I do have back ups on an external.)

So, did you select the Music folder to be included and scanned into the Library and then the files fail to add? The Select Library Folders setup doesn't show the media files, it shows the folders you can select to be added to the Library.

Yes all files are on the phone. I've been listening to them for the last couple of days. They're all in MP3 format. I hope it can be sorted as I don't want to change to getting something like an iPod Classic or something

Are the media files on the phone and if they are, are they in a format natively supported by the phone?

Okay, I am officially confused. I have been trying to sync my darn phone and MMW all day. It doesn't want to play ball. This is where I get lost I suppose you could say. I hit the options and it pulls up a screen called 'General'. The first slot is Choose library folders - grant access to folders to include in the library. I tap that. It then brings up a page Library Folders Internal Storage and SD Card. I am only using the SD Card. The SD Card shows MediaMonkey Storage/Video and Music. There's a big plus and opposite each option is a dustbin. if I hit a plus it takes me to SD Card which then shows MediaMonkey Storage, Lost.DI, MediaMonkey, Music, Playlists, Video. If I tap Music it then shows a listing of all the folders. At the bottom it has select music. Strangely if I tap an artist it shows no files in this folder. So where am I going wrong. It's getting frustrating that nothing seems to work to get it to sync. Despite following the instructions. I've checked to make sure my Android is a good version - it's version 8. I know my wi-fi works as I use that for printing papers. and there's an icon showing on my phone. please help before my phone learns to fly ;)

I am trying to sync my Samsung Galaxy J3 with MMW. But each time I try I get 'the media transfer process on Galaxy J3 - phone appears to be frozen. I have rebooted the phone after each attempt, and the message still appears. So, how am I going to get the sync process to take place. Also so I don't get frustrated wondering what's going on. How long is the sync going to take? I have some 13828 songs (116.7 GB).
