Hi
This is my first post on the forums, I was thinking about making a thread similar to this before I found it...no point in making another one. I completely second m3110w, I also didn't need to buy gold, after using MediaMonkey for about a week though I have, some of the additional functionality I will use in time. I have very few CDs, infact my music collection isn't huge BUT my complete hatred of iTunes made me want to switch...swiftly.
It doesn't matter why I hate iTunes; what matters is MediaMonkey is it's perfect counterpart. I plan on building my music collection now, spurred on by how awesome the developers have caught the music lovers need for uncluttered software, diverse codec selection and brilliant library design.
Now this next one believe me is true praise; my Mum hates me changing any software on the computer, yet she switched from using iTunes to MediaMonkey just 10 minutes after using it. This came as a shock to me, really, not because I thought she'd hate it, it's just she hates change and whilst you aimed it at serious collectors using this feels natural to her....literally I've not had to tell her how to use it at all.
Anyway, without making this post long and boring; You're doing a beast of a job, keep it up. You got my money, spend it on beer, beer is good.
