Unable to reproduce above, but perhaps misunderstand what is being said. Did notice that in details view when you select multiple tracks using CTRL+SHIFT the behaviour is not quite right though.
Easiest way to explain is to demonstrate......
- Click on Song 1 (song 1 is selected)
- Hold down both CTRL and SHIFT and click on Song 5 (songs 2-5 are selected)
Songs 1-5 should have been selected i.e. the same result as if you had just held down SHIFT (which does work correctly in MM)
Note CTRL + SHIFT simultaneously perform the functionality of the CTRL and SHIFT keys, so perhaps the following is a slightly more meaning full example because it demonstrates usual usage:
- Click on Song 1 (song 1 is selected)
- Hold down SHIFT and click on Song 5 (songs 1-5 are selected)
- Hold down CTRL and click on Song 8 (songs 1-5 and 8 are selected)
- Hold down both CTRL and SHIFT and click on Song 14 (songs 1-5 and 9-14 are selected)
In Windows Explorer the result at step 4 is that songs 1-5 and 8-14 are selected.
Not a biggy, just something to look at if in this area.
