Try moving around the Art & Details window. It may be overlapped by another window.

This may belong in "need help" I'm not sure. My lyrics field is cutting off half of the album art and won't scroll through the entire song. I am going to include a imgur link to help describe.

I believe the program is giving too many pixels to the lyrics field.
