Win 10 v 1809, 16gb RAM

The now playing keeps resetting upon launch. Prior versions, I had #, title, artist, album, length, and play count. Now it shows those plus last played, track #, genre, and filename. Right-clicking on say filename, and choosing hide this column or unchecking filename in the list will remove it. If I restart MM, filename is back.
Possible issue found
I have been playing around with settings while writing this. For about two years I have had the font size set to 16px. If I go into settings, adjust it up/down hit ok, Now Playing removes the extra columns mentioned above. Going back to 16px retains the correct view.
