Russian translation comfirmation

by LastGrunger » Fri Jul 15, 2005 5:19 pm

Hi! I can do the new russian translation!
Haven't translated anything since 2.3!

Please, notify me by mail when new translation starts, so my translation can be included in all versions!

I really like MM! Just too busy to watch out for new releases!

It can happen that some strings are outdated, but it should be very rare and so it's easier to translate all.

I found some original string in DB.po but not in the MM 2.4 app, like "album browser" (i think it is the string of MM 2.2), should i translate it too?

Then if it is , how many string like this that i needn't translate, please tell me and appreciate your help!

Psyxonova,

your welcome...I enjoyed quite a bit doing that, because I like very much to support indepedent good programs like MM. Well, if you use the greek translation, please feel free to send me any remarks concerning my terminology. If you see anything wrong, please inform me. I have already begun the corrections, in order to take the translation to a higher level (!).

A new incoming language for MM: Greek translation

by Panos » Thu Jun 02, 2005 3:17 pm

Hi all,

I have just finished the Greek translation for vers. 2.4 and have already sent it to Russell.

So, MM now has an extra language to support.

Few files need editing

Can anyone confirm that the tips.po and context.po require no editing (no obsolete strings, no updated strings)?

Or is my poEdit environment definitely messed up since my probs in updating DB.po? (see separate topic)

I'll do the Italian translation for 2.4 within a few days

I'm in for the Spanish translation.
