Uninstalled 2 & 3, using Dopus I did a global search on C: for any thing MM and .DB and deleted them.
Deleted all MediaMonkey directories
Used a ragistry editor search for MediaMonkey and deleted all relevant entries
Used 2 registry cleaners, rebooted and reinstalled MM302, declined the offer to use 2.5 database, did a brief setup and the problems persisted.
Did all of the above again and reinstalled MM302. When it asked again to use/convert 2.5 database I answered yes and the installer chewed away on something, presumably the 2.5 database that did not exist and the problems with MM3 are even worse.
Considering going back to 2.5 where I had no probs for over the year I used until MM3 came along.
