Removing tags in MM4 doesn't update the files.

After restarting both instances I've not been able to repeat quite exactly what I was seeing earlier.

I made a short recording here https://youtu.be/v68UokSCfCs

The direct test: Anytime I used Discogs, it would update this time.

But if you watch the recording.. some updates didn't take:

- Moving Rating from >1 to empty.. this appeared repeatable
- Removing Album Artist
- Removing Artist (although it did update in MM5, but not actually MM4)

MM4 build is 4.1.31.1919

Does MM5 pickup any changes if you manually change Properties of files in MM4?

Continuous Monitoring

Hi all, anyone can help explain how continuous monitoring of a folder works ?

Until v5 has Discogs support, I rip my CDs using v5 (FLAC), then I fire up v4 MM (separate install & DB). V4 autoscans that folder, finds the new files, and then Iuse v4 to query Discogs. That plugin writes the metadata to the files.

I was expecting v5 to notice the file changes and rescan, as v4 writes to the files but it doesn't seem to until I run a manual rescan. So I have to remember to do it.

I have the folder set for At Startup and Continuously.
MM5 will rip into a sub-folder, but I presume selecting the parent folder should work.
Manually re-running does pickup the changes.

It's not a major issue, just an annoyance
