I purchased the Windows Gold Media Monkey on the Media Monkey Website on 12/16/25. (The transaction showed on the Paypal as Paddle Marketplace). The purchase was made on your website (mediamonkey). I paid with Paypal for 43.25. Can you access the transaction. The key never arrived.

You'll need to contact the seller/store directly for help with your License as this isn't an official sales channel.

I purchased the Windows version of Media Monkey on 12/16/25 on Paddle Marketplace using Paypal for $43.25. I did not get a key to access the Windows program in my email.

What do I do now?

Can someone send me a key? or do you have a different solution?

Note: if you didn't save your Email with license key pair you got on purchase, you can obtain yours from registered MediaMonkey by using Regedit and navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MediaMonkey" where your license is located under "UserName" and "Password".

NOTE: Key pairs are CASE SENSITIVE, so use Copy/Paste and save it in safe place.

To close this issue, Digital River is insolvent. The main impact on MM users is that anyone who purchased MediaMonkey for Windows products between Dec. 1, 2024 and Jan. 23, 2025 should save their purchases (key / codec pack) to a safe location, since records from that period are not available.

Update: we've set up an alternate storefront since we haven't been able to get an answer from Digital River as to when the issue with their platform will be resolved.

Note: There are still a few glitches at the moment that we expect to resolve next week:
- coupon codes for upgrades to MediaMonkey 2024 aren't working. Contact the helpdesk for a workaround.
- the MediaMonkey Codec Pack isn't available for sale
