Select folder under monitoring List and disable Startup and/or continuous scan for it and on OK it should disappear.

In the following location:

Tools > Options > Library > File Monitor

I have a folder showing on the right under "Monitored Folders" that is not selected on the left under "Select the folders you want to scan for media files".

I can't seem to figure out how to get the folder removed from "Monitored Folders"
