Hi guys - here's the environment:
- Windows 10 64 bit, latest windows update, running MediaMonkey 4.1.22.1880
- Samsung Galaxy 9+, MMA paid, with 128 MicroSD card
When I started with MediaMonkey on Windows and MMA about 6 months ago, everything worked fine. Playlists would synch to MicroSD and show up in MMA. I noticed about a month ago that my playlists, when sent to my Android device (phone or card) just wouldn't show up in MMA or if the playlist was already there, it wouldn't update. Last week, I noticed that the playlists WERE showing up updated on the phone, but not on MMA - but rather in Play Music.
I bought the paid version of MMA, and it worked to solve this issue for about a full day, and then it reverted. I've uninstalled and re-installed MMA on my phone, but it just stays static with the same information.
Not sure what the next step is here, or what I'm missing (hope it's an obvious one, I'd rather be clueless than have a strange issue).
Thanks in advance!
