crash dialog is too high and not wide enough, it wasn't always too high but then the buttons were mixed up

got it back by extending to a second 4K display, normally I use duplicate mode for 4K monitor and 4K TV

Remove/rename persistent.json file from MM/portable folder.

I've googled now, another trick is alt+space to open the title bar menu which has a move menu, I've tried it with notepad where it works and then tried it on the MM5 main windows and there no title bar menu shows up.

As i know MM4 previously used dpiAware manifest, but because of some issues it has been removed (i do not know exactly why, but will ask others).

at first most of the time it appeared always half off screen, now it's completely off screen, is there a windows shortcut or trick to get or move it back? I think I had such a bug before and there was a trick.

also the dialog is higher then the working area height, I think it has screen size height but since it's gone currently I can't tell for sure.

of course all such bugs can be 4K related, Vista introduced SetProcessDPIAware ten years ago and MM4 never supported it properly, I hope proper 4K support won't take more then 10 years. :(

crash dialog is also broken on 4K, I post a screenshot next time it crashes
