It's generally because the incorrect Username (usually full name/case sensitive) is being entered: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/kno ... key-usage/

Contact Support with the Order Number if you can't resolve this.

I've been using Media Monkey for the last 11 years. Very pleased with is functionality. The problem arose when I reinstalled Windows and Media Monkey. Using ver 4.31.1919 my previous lifetime gold license no longer works.
I've uninstalled MM many times and on reinstallation the lifetime gold license has always worked in the past. Has something changed regarding lifetime subscriptions?
