ill try this and get back to you sometime. i did try an older version on Fedora 6 with wine. it was generally a pain in the ass cause MM saves data all over the place(the my music folder...)

i am now using ubuntu on a dual boot ill see if this works sometimes.

amarok is nice(second best player i have ever used)

SQL lite is good news(this should make the search actually useable right?)

You could try MM 3.0 under WINE, It uses SQL Lite so Access MDB is not problem anymore.

I just made the switch to Linux and my god I miss MediaMonkey! I'm currently using Amarok but it just doesn't quite cut it! Does anybody have any recommendations for an alternative player before (IF) MM releases a Linux version?
