I generaly prefer 89Db as with Clip preventing gets results in 98% of Peek Level.

Not sure if you're being facetious, but in case you're not:

Lowlander is referring to the volume output power of your listening system, be it your car cd-player, stereo, whatever.

Hmm, well, it's a P4 1.5Ghz, 256MB SDRAM, 40GB, WinXP HE SP1... so, yeah, it might not be powerful :P. So, is 83dB good enough with those specs :D?

83db, as is the default.

You might want to set it higher if the system you will play the songs on isn't that powerful. Otherwise 83db should work fine.
