Tooltips is fixed in 1374.

Tooltips don't work at all in the Track Browser even if you force showing on all track properties. Also selecting an item that is longer than column width gets a weird jump to end and back here.

Hello.

Under Options --> Appearance
If "show tooltips for obscured track properties" is checked
and "show all track properties in tooltips" is unchecked

then the tooltips doesn't appear for obscured track properties in the Track-Browser.
It works correctly in the other panels tho.
