ok, perhaps its something I'm not understanding about the cloud sync aspect however I only see this intermittently, and it appears only when the files names are close duplicates in the same directory, such as track.mp3 and track (2).mp3

Additional info: I discovered this doesn't always occur, some testing seems to suggest:
I think this might only occur if there are two tracks with very similar filenames, for example Dir1/music track.mp3 and Dir1/music track (2).mp3

Running latest test build 2275 in portable mode (was also noticed in 2273), MM5 appears to generate spurious "cannot delete [dir\filename] " Access is denied" The file may be in use or you may not have access rights message when right clicking and removing track from playlist. However...

tested fix in 2270, all working well on a large number of playlists. This is a great feature!
