I started getting this problem out of the blue. I had changed no settings, made sure I hadn't missed an update. I updated to the latest MMW beta 4.1.25.1894 and it's the same.

How long does a ticket typically take to get a reply? I marked it as "medium" priority, maybe that's an issue?

I tried submitting a ticket and it told me my log and pass were wrong. I assumed I had to make a separate account for support and when I click register it takes me to the top of the main forums page logged in with my current and working log/pass.

For the sake of curiosity, I tried it out on another phone, an xperia xz1, and the problem is the same.

I was trying to think of any other relevant information but all I've come up with is that my MMW is portable, if that matters.
