I tested with Playing beneath, which couldn't reproduce the problem.

It does seem to depend on the size of the Preview Window. The bigger it is, the more likely it is to happen.

Think I may have some idea what's going on here. With "Now Playing" or "Media Tree" panels beneath "Preview" the album art resizes on re-start. If I put the "Lyrics" panel beneath "Preview", it doesn't happen. So, it seems to have more to do with wha...

Attached Log file. The process I followed was:
1) Ran Debug View
2) Ran Mediamonkey Debug version
3) Resized Album Preview Window to correct aspect (square) ratio
4) Closed MM then re-opened
5) As expected, window had shrunk again
6) Submitted ticket 3549

This still isn't possible. When attempting to drag albums from Win Explorer to MM5 media tree (Albums). It only inserts a blank artwork place holder and either adds just one track (usually unplayable), or no tracks at all. This has to be deleted and library has to be manually re-scanned to add album...

Since 2183 I don't seem to be able to adjust height of main album art view when also viewing column browser. up/down sizing arrows don't appear. Is this new or was it always like this? Column browser also sets at random heights after each reboot and can't be adjusted.

Any news on this at all? There have been 2 updates since posting this but the problem remains.

I Drag the whole folder from Windows Explorer, containing the album's tracks and folder.jpg from any new album, to the "Music" node in the media tree. This is my preferred method and always worked for me in MM4.
