Re: Can I get back to MM4
I tried putting it (gen_acf.dll) back in the Plug In folder and all I got was a splash screed then nothing. I uninstalled, reinstalled and got the same error... Access violation at address 0AFC1AB9 in module 'gen_acf.dll'. Read of address 00000048.

Thank you for the reply. That is not in the Plugin Folder. Perhaps I should put it there?

I installed the dbug and the program still would not start but there is a mediamonkey.elf file. Do I need to send it?

Can I get back to MM4
I am still not satisfied with the tagging procedure and clunky nature of 5 after years and an enormous library working beautifully in 4. Re: Need help with the new upgrade
It's all fixed. I uninstalled and re-installed and that did the trick. It appears the database did not "fully" upgrade initially and I figured it would be best to try the simplest fix first. Thankfully, it worked.
Thanks for the help.
Mike

Re: Need help with the new upgrade
This is a repost after logging in to the forum... I've been using the product with great success since April, but since upgrading to version 3.1.0.1256 yesterday I cannot rip discs into my database without getting a SQL error after every track. In fact, every function I try to use results in a pop ...
