Small files can be directly attached to the ticket, larger files need to be uploaded to a Cloud Service like OneDrive, and then you include the share link in your ticket.

Then I recommend trying with the latest MediaMonkey 2024 beta, it may fix this issue for you.

Does that file play in MediaMonkey?

What Path is the file located at? For example, you can't edit files from a DLNA Media Server and some portable devices.

Not all versions of Android allow this, but it's set in File Locations in the Device profile if you can change it.
