Transpose values between files, but in sequence...
Not sure this can be automated in MM or with this plug-in, but I thought I'd try asking. I'm recreating new rips of old CDs in FLAC, where previously I had MP3s. The MP3s had individual tags in files, e.g. COMPOSER strings that varied from one file to another in single ALBUMS, e.g. compilations or c...

Re: Album Art - FLAC files
I can extract, no problem. This is the first that I'm using FLAC files and wondering what practical limits other users have encountered in utilizing FLACs.Wikipedia and other references don't seem to refer to any practical limit on imbedded images. :-\ I have found that when I convert the files to M...

Re: Album Art - FLAC files
Rather than open a new thread on the same issue, I'd like to revisit this. I've recently re-discovered that my Yamaha RX-V775 will play lossless FLAC files in addition to MP3. Since finding a corrupted MP3 for a multi-disc limited edition set, I re-ripped it to FLAC, played marvelously in the AVR. S...

Re: Finding empty playlists (duplicates or not) for deletion
Um.... (sigh) There's no way to multi-select leaves (play lists) in the Imported Playlists node.
I seem to recall the last time I had to delete the entire Imported Playlists node and later recreate it. Really? there's gotta be a better way.

Re: Finding empty playlists (duplicates or not) for deletion
There is no search for Playlists, just for files. I'm not aware there is an Addon to clean empty Playlists either. This means that it the only available method right now is to either remove manually or remove all and re-import only the correct ones . Thanks. That's probably the way to go. Though I ...

Finding empty playlists (duplicates or not) for deletion
I couldn't find a thread that addressed this so,.... Background: Been a MM user since getting an iPod Classic for Xmas many years ago. It's been my one and only way to manage my over 10,000 tracks of digital music, and adding new ones. Over the course of losing not one but two NAS drives, Mediamonke...

Re: Podcast metadata issue - tracks not showing up in Subson
That is truly bizarre. When I try to download it, a 27Mb file starts coming.
If you try the RSS feed in any browser or tool, do you see it as "0 bytes" as well, or otherwise?

Podcast metadata issue - tracks not showing up in Subsonic
I found this thread because MM 4.1.1.1703 can't or won't download This American Life (TAL) podcast, and hasn't since 3/16. http://chromejob.com/mediamonkey/20140412_mm_taldownloads.jpg http://feeds.thisamericanlife.org/talpodcast http://chromejob.com/mediamonkey/20140412_mm_talsubscription.jpg I can...

Re: Newbie; MM won't recognize my iphone 4 ios 7
After the 7.0.3 update, my XP Pro system with Apple mobile device drivers et al recognizes the Touch as a camera.
But a board Announcement has confirmed that MM 4.0.x won't work with IOS7 , we have to use the 4.1 Beta. Fair 'nuff.

Re: Newbie; MM won't recognize my iphone 4 ios 7
I have a similar issue, the iPod Touch 5gen asks "Trust this computer?" but the iPod doesn't show up in Explorer or DEVMGMT.MSC. With IOS7 so new, drivers and/or iTunes may need updating. I'm trying CopyTrans to update my Apple Mobile Device drivers[1] to see if that helps. [1] http://www....

Re: Playlist syncing to an Ipod Touch (5th gen)
Thanks. I realized that I probably had older Apple Mobile Device Support on this system, as I've kept iTunes 9.x which was one of the last, good versions I needed for the older iPod Classic and Nano that I have. Uninstalled, downloaded the latest iTunes (64-bit), Copy-Trans-Driver-Installer (latest ...

Re: Playlist syncing to an Ipod Touch (5th gen)
See Addendum note above. I just plugged in the new toy this wknd on a lark, the iPod Nano 3gen works flawlessly with MM 99.9% of the time. It's a super podcast vessel. ;) Found the footnote here that iOS6, "iTouch 5gen" support are still in Beta. So ... I should download the latest Beta he...

Playlist syncing to an Ipod Touch (5th gen)
Playlist syncing to an Ipod Touch (5th gen), which MM identifies as "iPhone." Just started syncing to a 32 gb Touch, using the same play lists that work fine with a Nano 3rd Gen and Classic 7th gen. These are mostly podcasts,[1] orgnanized in auto-playlists. A few music auto-playlists as w...

Re: GQN-249754 - MM 4 .0.6 maxes out CPU
I'm sorry, I linked to the wrong tool. Use "CFF Explorer.exe" from http://www.ntcore.com/exsuite.php to edit the 'File Header' and DISABLE the checkbox "App can handle > 2GB address space" for MediaMonkey.exe and MediaMonkey (non-skinned).exe . See description at: http://...
