Re: Can you stream from MMA to Sonos [#14301]
Thanks Peke for you reply! Highly appreciated as always :P Sonos have native support for Spotify API and that is why it works, So, both Spotify and Sonos interact with each other using this dedicated API or better: they communicate without the restricted Android API, right? You answer means in turn,...

Re: Can you stream from MMA to Sonos [#14301]
Quite an old topic regarding the first posting, and I encountered the same issues like others before. MMW5 lists any of my Sonos within "Device & Services". E.g. one of the Sonos Play1 speakers is reachable using URI http://192.168.7.1:1400/xml/device_description.xml Moreover, MMW5 can...

Re: Sync playlist from Android to Windows
Thanks, this was the information, I was after :D Is it sufficient, when checking the option "Auto-sync playlists and new files from device to the PC" w/o specifying any folder with the button "Add Folder" on the right side? I assume those are the folders on the smartphone, right?...

[solved] Sync playlist from Android to Windows
I've set up a playlist which I sync to Android, MM5 and MMA are both latest versions. On Windows, latest available MM5 beta. The snyc runs perfectly well and all tracks are available on my smartphone after the successful sync. Now, when removing a track from the playlist on Android , is it possible ...

Same here, the latest beta crashes and I had to go back to build 2817 which runs as expected!

Re: Android Auto: Playback tracks by rating [#20065]
Good morning Rusty! Yes, please retain this node. I meant that you can already playback all tracks, however I would rather see a list of the tracks and start playback from any track. The same applies for the playlist available. I can start any playlist but only from the beginning. In comparison with...

Re: Android Auto: Playback tracks by rating [#20065]
Thanks for creating the ticket, rusty!
I may be wrong, but I didn't find any suggestion in the ticket, for a root node, that shows all available tracks that can be played with their current order or by random.
Michael

Re: Playback tracks by rating
Thanks for your reply Lowlander!
I already have the ratings on my home screen, unfortunately this tile is not coming up on Android Auto.
To be precise: most if not all home screen items do not show up on Android Auto. AA seems to be handled completely different, either by MMA or maybe Aa?

Android Auto: Playback tracks by rating [#20065]
Hi!
So far I couldn't find any possibility to playback tracks by their rating within MMA on Android Auto.
Or do I have to create a playlist beforehand, add some tracks by their rating and sync the list to MMA?

Re: MMA2 beta, resume playback
Still seeing this, but I now learned to live with this annoyance.
However, I occasionally switch to a different player e.g.Omnia or Pulsar.

Re: MMA2 beta, resume playback
You are correct, of course! That's my expectation, too.
Nevertheless, I would expect that MMA at least shows me the track where I left but do not resume automatically.

Re: MMA2 beta, resume playback
yes, sure swiping left or right will show the main screen of MMA, however this is not what I would like to ask/report: My question was more or less about resuming a previous stopped playback when leaving the car. Obviously there is a difference between turning on the AA option, as shown in the middl...
