I have also found that the metadata would sync on wifi from MMA > MMW but not the other way around, unless synched over USB. And even then not all the ratings make it to MMA, most do though. Is there a fix being worked on for the meta synch over wifi or am I missing a setting somewhere. Thanks.

So I upgraged my status to gold and am now running the latest beta build 343. Same here, couldn't get it to play any mp3 files on upgrade from 1358. It will play one song after awhile and then stop after that. Downgraded back to 1358.
