Re: MM4 Incomplete Podcast Downloads Added to Library

I also have this problem. Any word on if this is being treated as a bug to fix in future releases?

A compliment

I have been a paid user of MediaMonkey for a couple years now and I love it. I love how it lets me use my iPod the way I want to. I love how it is very customizable. I love how the developers listen, and how fun it is to be part of the beta process, seeing bugs I report get fixed in a day or two som...

[1445] Podcast count on device "0"

Only minor bug I have noticed in version 1445 is that after synchronizing my iPod Nano 6G, on the device in the Podcast directory it shows the number of new podcasts per subscription as "zero." See attached photo. All the podcasts are there, it's just the count that displays incorrectly. h...

Re: Album Art added in MM but not showing in iPod / iTunes

In the past I have found that even if you fix the tags in a file in a different program, once you open it in iTunes strange things happen. iTunes follows its own rules and it seems to rewrite the tags. If you want it to work in iTunes, you are best off editing your file tags in iTunes. Go through ev...

Re: Lost all coverart and trying to switch back to iTunes

I'm pretty sure that iTunes and MediaMonkey tag album art differently. I have no idea how iTunes does what it does, but MM follows standard tagging conventions. I've bought songs from iTunes and opened them in MediaMonkey to see that some had art, some didn't. So I had to retag them all. I have spen...

Re: iPod Nano 6th Gen Not Synching

One more thing. I downloaded and tried to sync with the latest build of MM4 (1442) and the same problem I described is happening. There is a problem with the new Nano firmware and MediaMonkey and I really hope the development team finds a way to resolve it.

One more thing. I downloaded the latest build of MM4 (1442) and this problem occurs the same way with the same temporary solution.

New 1.2 firmware causes problems with nano 6th gen

Sorry to necro an old thread, but this seems the most appropriate place. Some discussion has been posted in this thread: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=60947 but I wanted to put it here too. Basically, since the new 1.2 firmware was released for the nano this problem has cr...

Re: My iPod wont accept songs!

With MM not running, start iTunes. Browse around the nano with iTunes and again the music files are there. Safely removed the device via iTunes. VoilĂ , the files now appear in the nano. Note that I did NOT synch the nano with iTunes. This worked for me... HOWEVER. I have to do this every single tim...

Re: My iPod wont accept songs!

I am having the same problem since I updated the firmware on my Nano 6G to 1.2.

Is there any solution yet? I don't want to have to revert the firmware, I like the new option for big icons on the nano very much.
