Advanced" checkbox does not move relative to the Device Profile window when re-sizing the window, and can finish up half way up the right hand side of the Auto-Sychronization List space.

Not a bug, but lost functionality. In MM2.x it is possible to synch different playlists (e.g. music, audiobooks, podcasts) to different paths on the device and with different synch patterns.
