Yes, all settings are correct. Nothing changes except the skin (also some "Run script:" shortcuts become blank in administrator mode). And next time you open Mediamonkey (with or without administrator mode) your skin doesn't come back. You'll have to manually select your skin.

You can't install add-ons for all users without running MM as administrator, as they are being installed in Program Files MM folder.

Right click mediamonkey executable -> click "Run as administrator" from context menu

This might only be trouble on single core units. Or low ram units. My laptop has a 2-core processor, 4GB RAM. The system is Windows 7 x64. Now the skin doesn't have to be the one that has the scripts it can have 1 or 2 and the user could have added many others. Other add-ons are InlineLyrics, Lyric...
