Yes, nothing has changed and it thinks it needs to sync each time. I believe it thinks it has to sync each time because the playlist on MMA has over a 100 tracks in it but the sync'd playlist that shows up in MMW is always empty - thus, different.

Thought I'd followup here now that I've fixed the issue. Rather than seeing if wifi sync allowed the Genre's to show up correctly, I converted the M4A files to MP3's. Problem gone. From now on I've set Itunes to save in MP3. Thanks for the suggestions everyone!
