Volume-leveling erases rating of a track
I'm using MediaMonkey Gold v2.5.4.978 on Windows XP SP2 I have a music library of about 7000+ tracks, none of which had any volume-leveling performed on them yet, so I selected all of them by pressing Ctrl+A from the "Artist" view node, and went to Tools > Analyze Volume. From the progress meter at ...

Well sadly I do not know much about VBScript, but I do know Perl :-P So here's a Perl script I made that will parse through all the weekly charts for a last.fm user using the web services, adding up all the playcounts and then outputting them to a "songs.txt" file in the same format that your script ...

Add custom Classification fields
Is it possible to add or rename Classification criteria? Like could I rename the "Wild" value under "Mood" to something else? Or add more values to "Mood"? Or add my own custom-defined Classification with its own set of values? Also, is there any way to add columns in the library view for properties ...

Call a function when "Play Now" is called?
I'm working on a script and I'd like to have one of the functions get called anytime the Now Playing playlist gets auto-populated with tracks when a track is double-clicked from the library. In the prefs, this is referred to as the "Play Now" command, so I guess what I'm after is a way to hook "Play ...

How to get MM to cooperate with external tagging apps
I use MusicBrainz + Mp3Tag to do all my id3 tag management, so I'd really prefer that MediaMonkey treat id3 tags purely as read-only, and never attempt to make any changes to them. So I have "Update tags when editing properties" disabled, and that seems to keep MM from doing any writing to mp3 files ...

Newbie question: mark songs in library to never be played?
Is there any way to mark certain songs in the library so that they never get played (in any mode -- continuous or shuffle) unless directly double-clicked on? In other words, I'm in the process of migrating my music library over from iTunes to MediaMonkey and am trying to find an equivalent in MM to ...
