Crash on Connection to FreeDB

Upon Inserting music CD into CD Drive to rip new CD and add to library, MM5 (2186) attempts to connect to the freedb.org website which then causes MM5 to freeze. Task Manager must be used to close MM5. Behavior can be seen in the attached screenshots. Made three attempts to rip CD (rebooting system ...

Re: CD Ripping - Entering Properties - Playing Bug [#15735]

Ludek,

Thanks for catching the email snafu.....guess I’m too used to typing the whole thing! Thanks for the great work you folks are doing on MM5. Every version released now is operating smoother and with less hiccups. Appreciate the effort.

Re: CD Burning - Entering Properties - Playing Bug

Ludek, Ripped three CD's with MM5 2181...Attached are screenshots of the various error codes. After ripping the CD's, attempted to input tag data from right click properties (both as a group & per track). This included artwork from a local disk file, and inputting disc number, composer, lyricist, et...

Re: CD Burning - Entering Properties - Playing Bug

Hey Ludek, Yes, I was ripping a CD and adding to the library. All the issues took place after the rip was complete and the CD auto ejected, while entering properties information (Disc Number, Genre, Date, Composer, Etc.). Also, I had highlighted the entire disk and was in the process of entering the...

Re: CD Burning - Entering Properties - Playing Bug

Yes...that is the correct log.

Yes...I did add artwork via the group properties.

No...I have burning properties set to eject CD after import, so CD was not in drive.

I will retest in 2179 and see if it replicates. Thank you!

CD Ripping - Entering Properties - Playing Bug [#15735]

After importing a CD into the library, and entering properties for the CD (Group Properties), MM5 froze and attempted to send the following bug report (F1B46B6B), but failed during the send. Also, the current playing song began to "loop", playing approximately the first 10 seconds over and over. Tas...

Re: Importing CD Property Issues

Ludek,

2173 seems to be working much better with a large database. I apologize that the update to 2173 wasn't noticed before the import issues. For now, I would mark this as resolved. Thank you.

Importing CD Property Issues

Importing CD worked without issue. After the import, many issues in changing properties. Once entering the properties window and updating entries, MM5 takes a great amount of time to write properties (15 to 30 Seconds per Track Over 14 Tracks)...then the Callstack Violations and finally the dreaded ...

Re: Snyc Misreads Size of Removable Drive

I believe you are correct. After syncing device a couple of times, the size now reads correctly. It was confusing that the correction did not occur after the second sync, but after the third (or fourth?) the issue did correct. Thank you.

Snyc Misreads Size of Removable Drive

After Syncing a Samsung SSD T1 Removable Drive MM5 Misreads the Size of the Drive by Showing an Audio Used Portion of 150GB and an Other Used Portion of 150GB. There is Only an Audio Portion of 150GB. The Attached Images Demonstrate the Behavior. Thank you.

Re: Double Back Slash in Configure Sync Device Save Locations

Deleted the SSD Drive from MM5 to insure no remaining instances were present. Rebooted. Installed the new MM5 beta (2167). Rebooted. Plugged in the Music SSD T1 drive. Navigated to Options/File Locations. All paths had double back slashes. Removed double slashes from address path bar. Closed and reo...

Re: Double Back Slash in Configure Sync Device Save Locations

The behavior continues each time MM5 is opened. Basically, I cannot get rid of the double back slashes. Thank you.

Double Back Slash in Configure Sync Device Save Locations [#15569]

Why the double back slash when configuring paths for Sync Device? This seems counter intuitive to the Windows Operating System and is confusing. Screenshot attached. Thank you.
