I know this is an older thread, but I have been seeing this. I haven't been able to pin down a cause, except maybe flash games being open, so I haven't bothered reporting it.

Ooh, new tech XD. I actually would be OK with keeping the MT stuff in place as it is, as it allows me to handle MM5 through a lot more programs than I normally would (like, as I've mentioned many times before, Flash games and Fallout 4). I've never had anything manage to get those command through a Flash game before, though. I didn't think anything could.

If you don't double-click on the artist tile to bring up the artist view, it won't download them automatically, you have to right-click on it and go to Find Image at the top.

I think I've noticed this kind of behavior when I delete an entire album or artist or whatever, I end up getting a dual-listing of the previous or next listing, and they keep shifting back as I keep clicking the "duplicate" that is next in the list, but if I go out of the list and go back ...
