Build 5.0.0.2302
Yes, hitting ESC releases the hang-up but when Player is picked from the Options menu again the menu items are severely truncated and impossible to decipher.

Options - Player fail to render [#17470]
Hi All,
When I'm in the Options>Player screen, it blanks out and I'm forced to restart MM with Task Manager. All other options seem to work fine.

Codec Pack 3.0.4
Hi All,
I'm going through MM5, nice job on the upgrades, and I purchased the Codec Pack to read my .m4p files. It's a no-go. It still says, after uninstalling codecs, twice, MediaMonkey can't decode a .m4p. Any ideas?

Re: Control MediaMonkey from an Android device
Thanks SO much for this app. It works very well and I'm this much closer to stopping my use of iTunes. Plus, now that I can control music throughout the house with this I can go anywhere, listen to anything. Thanks again!

Re: Volume Levelling
Well, obviously I was wrong. Thanks for setting me straight.
So exactly what's the difference between Levelling and Analyzing? Doesn't Levelling alter the track upon playback and Analyze tell you how loud it is?

Re: Volume Levelling
Analyzing the track does nothing to it's playback, regardless of where you play it (iTunes, stereo, etc). Soundcheck in iTunes is akin to Levelling in MM. Both of these features compress the highs and lows to make the perceived volume sound the same. You can adjust the volume of a MP3 track using an...

MonkeyRok 5.5 and Vision skin...
First, please let me say that I love this skin and MonkeyRok is awesome. I am however, coming up short on using the Vision skin with MonkeyRok. All I'm getting is little boxes with red x's in them. Help, please?

MM: 3.2.4.1304
MonkeyRok: 5.5
Thanks!

Re: How many "lifetime license" users out there?
I went "Lifetime" in March of 2010. I had used a few other competitors but I found that MM managed my db the way I wanted and I love all the available scripts! I can't take the time to learn how to write them so I'm indebted to those that can. I love the tagging, I love the skins...I'm mor...

Re: Optimal "Target Volume Level For Playback"?
I use MP3Gain which does not alter track properties except for the volume. If I want to revert to the original, I can. If you open MM for the first time and press play, the tracks will play at their own level, whatever that happens to be. If you change it, outside of MM than MM will play it at the n...

Re: Optimal "Target Volume Level For Playback"?
In my experience, I use 92 db as my base because it works for me. Analyzing the volume doesn't change anything. It just tells you how loud it is. Leveling will suppress the highs and lows to make it sound even (poor quality if you ask me). I use MP3Gain to adjust the volume and then I drop it into M...

Keeping tracks together
Hey All!
I'd like to keep a few tracks together when I play them in shuffle (either on MM or my iPod). How do I tell these tracks to stay together?
Thanks in advance.

It's actually: Glen Campbell - Rhinestone Cowboy, but I'd rather claim: David Bowie - Fame.
