Re: Bulk Tag Editing With Different Values?
D'oh! I suppose that WOULD help  Okay, here goes. But just an FYI: I ended up using Trixmoto's MusicIP script and it seems to have done the trick for the Artist and Title fields. But I inadvertently allowed the album titles to be changed, too. Ideally, I'd like to append the album title that's ...

Re: Bulk Tag Editing With Different Values?
HAHA! I saw the 'Title Problem" thread just below mine and followed the responses to come up with Trixmoto's "MusicIP" script.
Thanks for all your help.

Re: Bulk Tag Editing With Different Values?
Thanks, nohitter. I followed your instructions and unfortunately, they didn't work. This is how my filenames still appear: http://lh4.ggpht.com/_ww_Z3_kSU18/S2Xa5Qf9uzI/AAAAAAAABl0/9-NsWsT4nyc/ANOTHER%20MEDIAMONKEY%20QUESTION.jpg Should I first delete the "Artist" field, seeing as they all...

Re: Bulk Tag Editing With Different Values?
Hmm... Tried both methods and they didnt' really work. Okay, let's say I open the folder containing all 1000 songs fully downloaded. Each song is listed as, for example, "1000 classic rock hits cd 12 - 19 - spencer davis group - gimme some lovin"; "1000 classic rock hits cd 11 02 - di...

Bulk Tag Editing With Different Values?
I have downloaded a folder of music from Soulseek called "1000 Classic Rock Hits". It's filled with -- appropriately enough -- 1000 classic rock hits. Unfortunately, whoever originally uploaded this folder didn't fix their tags: All the Artists are named "1000 Classic Rock Hits"....

Thanks, NoHitter.
You've come through again!
(Maybe this post should be a sticky?)

I Reformatted My Computer But My MMGold D/L Link Has Expired
I bought the Lifetime Gold license two years ago. I performed a Destructive Recovery of my computer and tried to reinstall MediaMonkey. I went into my email and found the link, except it's expired.
How do I download and reinstall MM Gold?

MediaMonkey 3.1.1 Doesn't Respond In Main Window
Since getting an upgrade notice and downloading and installing 3.1.1.1261, MM doesn't respond in the main window. What I mean by that is, when I try to click on a command, there's no response. I can double-click a song file and it'll play...but I can't get it to stop unless I go to the minimized con...

Weird Behaviour From Data CDs...
This has happened to me before. So there's some precedence to this: I made a Data CD of mp3 songs to play on my home stereo, which supports mp3 playback. The first time I popped it into the CD player, I got a message on the display, reading "NO DISC". So I burned the disc again. Sure enoug...

The Difference Between Levelling Per Track And Per Album?
I'm creating an audio CD using MediaMonkey. I want to have all my songs at their loudest possible level without clipping/distortion (I can always adjust the volume setting upon playback).
But what's the difference between leveling on a per track basis as opposed by per album?

What about to .mp3? I could have sworn that on an earlier version of MediaMonkey, we had that capability.

Nero Cover Designer Help
I've created a CD. I want to print the label. But I can't figure out how to write the CD Title on the two spines. The help is useless: it tells me to use the "Bend" feature, which only, well...bends it. I want to rotate the text box sideways, but I don't know how.
Please help.
