What I was saying was that i thought that you could not have the player skinned but not the window in MM3 like you can in MM2. This happened to me and I had to fix by manually giong to c:\program files\mediamonkey and choosing "Mediamonkey.exe" (not "Mediamonkey non-skinned.exe)

This is a new feature in MM3 which you can find in the beta forum.
One problem is that it doesn't have that skin available.

If you are going to download the beta make sure you read the warnings!

The same happens to me and has been mentioned before (cant find the thread ) and in some cases it was caused by the info-popup.
Try disabling it if you have it enabled.

Update to Beta 4, see if that fixes it.

It is so simple yet so elegant.
I'm gonna have to get used to the buttons in the middle though.

I only have one small thing of dislike, which is the Micro Player which i think looks a bit weirdwith the buttons only half showing.

Dale is right when he says those things about skinning. But you can do what Morten did and contact the developers and get them to (hopefully) implement these feature into the monkey.

If the skin you are making is released then I would definitely use it!!

Excellent!! Good to have more skinners. I guess I have been letting my guard down as a skinner a bit so I am semi-working on a skin. You should get one that:

Comes with a driver CD
Is made for XP/Vista
Is a decent size for the purpose
Has a receiver with a long cable

A good place to look would be eBay, they usually have cheap ones.
