It there a way to automatically (or manually for that matter) retrieve ALL the information we have place for in the song properties? (Lyrics, classificationα)

What do you mean by retrieve? To see them in the song list? It isn't possible now. However if you mean exporting them to a file, it is possible. You can edit export scripts to export what you need to a format of your choice.

what I meant was... If I rip an MP3 from a cd that I have... I can get the song title and artist (and so on) from CDDB automatically... can I get the Lyrics or classification automatically from somewhere?

No, currently it isn't so easy. There are several attempts to make service like this, but so far nothing really good. However, in the future there will definitely be something like this.
