Do I nee to install LAME again in MM Gold?

Post by goberre »

Hi, I am unsure if my MM Gold 3.2.4 is using LAME for file conversion. I also think I might have removed the LAME plugin by stupidity some time ago. I can find no reference to LAME in the tools/options or the convert tracks dialogue box. The file lame_enc.dll is there in the C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\MediaMonkey folder.
My question is how do I verify that MM Gold is using LAME?

LAME is the only mp3 encoder that MM is compatible with.
