Downloading Gold

In January, my son purchased the Gold upgrade for me. Some time after January 15, I made an attempt to download it not realizing that I was having some issues on my PC with the newly installed Windows 7. I thought the upgrade was installed but did not have time to check it. Solving the issues took longer than expected and I missed the expiration date for MediaMonkey download before I had a chance to get back to it. Evidentally the total program did not download as it does not function as it should. In trying to contact you, using both my e-mail address and my son's, I get a reply that there is no such address in your data base. Can you help me?
