Can't Find "Media Sharing" Link In Tools > Options > Library

I want to be able to stream my music. According to the Wiki, I have to enable "Media Sharing" in my Options. Problem is, I don't have that option.

My MM is Version 3.2.3.1303.

Media sharing is a new feature to MediaMonkey 4.0.
