Where is the Support

Is there any support today, I asked a simple question and there is no support again great support from MM.

Well,

To my disappointment MM monkey is slow to provide a simple answer about how to reinstall maybe the programmers do not know how to advise on this, not sure what the slow response is about, but it sure would be nice if MM supported their customers.

If they ever get around to it, maybe they can find the time to answer a basic question on how to re install the program for paying members.

Oh Paying Members do not count at Media Monkey.

Great Moderator today cannot even answer a basic question.

Shouting about being paying member is tiresome to us other members that try to help,

What is hard about installing did you have a crash when you were installing ? I didnt see the other message so please give me the link or repeat it here for me i'll try and help.
But the slowdown on developer help is normal doing new version updating or program writing.

The mods here also can see the support tickets and the developers do read the forum so just posting here will get same people to help.

I cant be here 24 hours anymore since i got hit with "CHF" please give it 2 days for a reply anymore from me or anyone then bump the post if needed too, for faster reply try sending a pm to one of the mods or me when we get email will see a notice of the pm,
