Cover Art for Various Artist disc

I would like to add cover art to my whole collection. I have a ton of various artist compilation discs, as well as several hundred promo discs.

First off, is there a way to automatically embed high quality cover art into a ton of files automatically?

Then, secondly, is there a way to automatically embed the cover art for an original disc from the artist, even if the MP3 was ripped from a compilation disc? I am new to this, and understand that there is a way to download the cover and store it in the album folder. As I was reading, it looks like the MP3 will also allow the cover to be embedded in the specific MP3 file. Obviously this will take a decent amount of drive space for 25k files, but I am not too worried about that.

Is this a process that Media Monkey can help me with? I do have the gold version.
