Font size problem

Hi all,
I've had this issue for a while and upgrading to 4.1.14.1813 doesn't help. I can't change the font size. I can change the value in Options (I even changed it to 1%) but when I come back it is the same. I didn't really mind but after upgrading the font looks slightly different, slightly bigger and more spaced. No idea what the problem is.

I've checked and unchecked the box about overriding the skin but nothing happen.

Any ideas?
