Now Playing reset after closing player

Hello,
Each time I close my player.
The Now Playing List is resetted.
Is it possible that its stay how it was before closing?
It that matter, my library is one a network drive.

That indicates that MediaMonkey isn't closing/ed properly. On a proper close the Now Playing is saved and retained as is on closing for the next session.

Which version of MediaMonkey, any additional Addons or any devices connected to your PC? Does MediaMonkey disappear from the Task Manager when you close it?

Oh OK, it's because I just close my desktop with MediaMonkey running.

Yes, that won't work as it won't close MediaMonkey properly, thus MediaMonkey isn't saving its settings and Now Playing.
