Share Good Inexpensive Window MMA Server that Android can Access

I am a Chromebook (Chrome OS) user. Phone is Android. Would anyone be able to suggest a Windows box/laptop that could serve as a MMA server? I want to manage my library on Windows and then be able to transfer Playlists and the songs in them to my phone or Chromebook (next one I get will run Android if that helps).

Pretty much any Windows machine will work fine. If you're doing a lot of Auto-Conversion on sync you may want a little more power, but otherwise MediaMonkey should run fine on most PCs.
