Need simple skin for touchscreen jukebox

Hey all, I am looking for a super simple skin, the bigger the better, for a touch screen jukebox. The fewer the options the better lol, basically just need artists, songs, add to playlist. I have 4 older touch screen pc's and the touch screens are not like todays modern touchscreens and am hoping to find something with BIG buttons. Thank you.
