Adjust % on Volume Control

I could have swore.. at some point I seen an option to control the % the volume control slider adjusts when scrolling the mouse wheel to control volume. Like: each scroll click equals 5% is the default it appears.

Is there a way to change this to 2%?

I really thought I had seen the option for this, but for the life of me - I can't seem to find it again! Lot of options, but that's why I like MM too
