Sorting and View customization?

I was hoping for some methods to customize how some lists appear in my library and the Now Playing screen.
For example, can I get the Now Playing list to show the track title first, then the artist name?
As a more advanced customization, is it possible to create custom columns using existing ID3 tag data? For example, I want to make a column that combines the Disc# and Track# fields, such as to show a track as below:

|01 |Random Song
|Disc 2 - 03 |Another Song

Just drag & drop on the Column Headers to change the display order of Columns. Right click on the Column Headers to select/deselect which columns should be shown.

You can't show any additional Columns or show them merged other than the ones available. The Summary column is the exception (where available) and shows multiple fields together (set under Tools > Options > Playback Rules per Type).
