I cannot log in

I cannot log in -- apparently a problem with my name or password. I have not been able to get any response from Mediamonkey. I have a Gold subscription. I have requested a password reset several times - no response on that either.

Is this typical of Mediamonkey support?!?!

Thanks for any suggestions on how I might resolve this --

Hi,
Can you please contact me directly on pavle mediamonkey.com from email that you used to create account here and I'll give you instructions how to reset your password, it is possible that account is locked due the too many password requests.
