MM4 1813 and Dates

Greetings, it seems that MM is not saving the dates which I enter into the "Date" or the"Original Date" field.

In MM, I can edit file properties with a 4-digit year, or with 01/01/2019, or 2019-01-01 or 01JAN2019 (this is my Windows custom default), and save/close the properties window. When I re-open it, the date is nowhere to be found.

Why is this happening?
